The General Services Administration’s Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) is a long-term, government-wide contract that provides access to millions of commercial products and services at volume discount pricing. It simplifies the procurement process for federal, state, and local government buyers.
This contract vehicle provides engineering, technical, and programmatic support services to the Navy and Marine Corps. It encompasses a broad range of activities including R&D, system engineering, modeling, and simulation, as well as analysis, system design documentation, and engineering.
The Human Performance Optimization (HPO) MA-IDIQ enhances the “human weapon system” by improving performance and extending longevity in the Aircrew, Special Warfare (SPECWAR), AGOW, and SERE communities, ultimately boosting operational readiness. The HPO program enhances cognitive performance, emotional resiliency, and physical capacity to optimize job performance and reduce injuries.
